  • Right to Opt-Out of the Sale of Personal Information: While Narvuk does not sell personal information, you have the right to opt-out of any future sale of your personal data. In the event that Narvuk decides to engage in such activities, you will be notified, and a clear mechanism will be provided to opt-out.

How to Exercise Your CCPA Rights

If you are a California resident and wish to exercise any of your CCPA rights, you may submit a verifiable consumer request by contacting us through one of the following methods:

Please provide sufficient detail to allow us to understand and verify your request, including your name, email address, and any other necessary identifying information. You may submit a request no more than twice within a 12-month period.

Verification Process

In order to protect your privacy and ensure that no unauthorized person accesses or deletes your personal information, we may request additional information to verify your identity. This verification process may involve requesting specific personal information, confirming details about your recent interactions with us, or other reasonable steps to confirm that the request is legitimate.

For authorized agents acting on behalf of a consumer, we may require proof of written authorization or a power of attorney as well as verification of the agent's identity.

Authorized Agents

If you choose to have an authorized agent submit a request on your behalf, the agent must provide proof that you have granted them written permission to act on your behalf. This could be in the form of a power of attorney or other verifiable document. We may also require verification of the agent's identity to ensure they have appropriate authorization.

Narvuk does not sell personal information to third parties. Do Not Track Signals

Narvuk does not currently respond to “Do Not Track” signals from web browsers. However, you may adjust your browser settings to block certain tracking features. Please note that disabling cookies and tracking features may impact the functionality and experience of our website and services.
